Having studied Welsh language and literature, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was so happy to see someone get something like this published that I thought I'd give it a try. I haven't started it yet, and being in suspense as to whether it would be fulfilling or disappointing I looked up this review, which gives me hope! I just wanted to add that the author's spelling choices--Kyuarwyd vs. Cyfarwyd, reflect Middle Welsh, ie. medieval spelling, rather than modern.
